During this journey, I learned to play one of the world's oldest wind instruments, the Didgeridoo, whose rich, grounding vibrations continue to inspire my work today. Alongside the Didgeridoo, I explored the rhythms of the Djembe and the Shamanic Drum, discovering how music can communicate beyond words and create a sense of unity among people.
As I continued walking this path, I began collaborating with facilitators, musicians, and wellness practitioners who offered Yoga Nidra, Dances of Universal Peace, Singing Circles, Shamanic Breathwork, Kirtan, Yoga, meditation, and other holistic experiences. Although each modality was unique, they all shared the same intention to help people slow down, reconnect, and remember the joy of being together.
Around the same time, I was exploring Theatre and became part of the Auroville Theatre Group, an experience that deeply influenced my vision for the future. Theatre taught me that transformation happens when people create together. It showed me the beauty of collaboration, vulnerability, storytelling, and shared expression.
Watching individuals from different cultures and backgrounds come together as one ensemble inspired me to imagine something much larger than individual wellness sessions and that experience planted a question in my heart:
What if musicians, artists, facilitators, healers, dancers, storytellers, and communities could all come together with the same spirit of collaboration, not just to perform, but to create spaces where humanity heals together?
That question became the seed for Healing My Humans.
Healing My Humans is more than a wellness initiative. It is a growing movement that celebrates human connection through music, movement, creativity, mindfulness, and community. It is a platform where artists, musicians, facilitators, wellness practitioners, retreat organisers, and seekers can come together to share their gifts and co-create experiences that uplift and inspire.
Whether through the ancient resonance of the Didgeridoo, the heartbeat of the Djembe, the grounding rhythm of the Shamanic Drum, the stillness of Yoga Nidra, the joy of Singing Circles, the unity of Dances of Universal Peace, the freedom of Ecstatic Dance, the devotion of Kirtan, the creativity of Art Therapy, or the power of mindful breath, every gathering is an invitation to reconnect with ourselves, with one another, and with the world around us.
The purpose of Healing My Humans is to simply spread love, peace and to bring Human Unity.
In this journey, I would like to continue to witness Healing My Humans further grow into a global cultural movement where people from every background gather through music, movement, art, and mindfulness to appreciate what unites us rather than what separates us.
Together we heal, grow and celebrate what it means to be human.
And one day, we all will proudly say:
"I believe in Healing My Humans."
